Maisonettes with Private Pool
A contemporary maisonette near the sea in Vrachos, Preveza, featuring a private 3×5 m swimming pool, a fenced courtyard of approximately 12 sq.m., outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. With a total area of 65 sq.m., excellent soundproofing, and accommodation for 2–5 guests, it includes two bedrooms and a comfortable living area.
The interior spaces of the maisonette are bright, air-conditioned, and elegantly designed, featuring a modern aesthetic and high-quality furnishings. The dining area provides an inviting setting, while the fully equipped kitchen includes cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and a complete set of kitchenware and wine glasses.
On the upper floor (32.5 sq.m.), there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with a private 20 sq.m. balcony, offering the perfect setting for complete relaxation. The bedrooms are equipped with a king-size double bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, wardrobes, and thoughtfully curated hospitality details. On the same level, there is also one of the two bathrooms, featuring a shower and full amenities.
The spacious living room features comfortable sofa beds, a TV with cable and satellite channels, and a selection of entertainment options for both adults and children.
