The two Superior maisonettes are located at the bottom of the slope (a little lower than the Premium ones) and they also offer a view of the Ionian Sea from the bedroom balcony. Each maisonette has a private pool (3×5 m) with a fenced yard (about 12 m2), garden furniture, pool loungers and an incredible view of the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. With a size of 65 sq.m. and excellent sound insulation can accommodate 2 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms and the living room.

The air-conditioned interior spaces are comfortable and bright, with modern decor and high-quality furniture. The dining room is ideal for lunch and dinner with a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and kitchen utensils, wine glasses. On the upper floor of the maisonette you will find 32.5 sq.m. two spacious bedrooms with their own balcony 20 sq.m. that offer comfort and rest and each one is equipped with a double Kingsize bed, Flat TV, air conditioner, wardrobes, mirror and bedside tables, slippers. Also on the upper level is one of the two toilets with bathtub or shower, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer. In the large living room you will find comfortable sofa beds for relaxation and entertainment, as well as board games, children’s books and TV with cable and satellite channels. It also has a safe, ironing facilities with a clothes iron, adapters, etc.
